Established in 2002 at the current premises in Anderbolt road, Boksburg.The factory size is 2500 square metre  factory /workshop  using some of the latest equipment and technology available.

As a Jobbing Shop Specialising in powder coating , Kyler Mech offers a 7 stage zinc phospating process.

This process pre-treats the steel to high levels of corrosion resistance in preparation for powder coating.

For the more competitive price options , we also provide an Iron Phosphate process.

We can also do stainless steel and galvanised material for any industry.

Prior to powder coating , the goods have to be pre-dried. After pre-dry, they go through our spray booths for electrostatic application and then through the either the gas fired or infra-red electric ovens for curing.

We also offer a full colour range as well for more creative applications.
